I saw a comment earlier where someone stated that the management did not give them their deposit check back for ages, and when they did, it was minimal.
I just wanted to comment, that luckily, I had the complete opposite experience! I was worried about getting the money back because I had read this review.
I had a $400 pet deposit, plus the $490 deposit for the apartment. I received $822 back! This was way more than I had expected! They originally charged about $125 for cleaning, but that was negated out because for each year that you live in the apartment they allow one hour's worth of cleaning ($100). That is completely fair and understandable, in my opinion.
So, overall, I had a great experience living here, no problems with management, loud neighbors, or maintenance. In fact, it was probably the nicest place I've lived, especially for such a cheap price!
