I didn't have any problems living here... they were always pretty nice to me. The phone system is truly annoying, but overall it's nice. I had a brand new apartment which was really nice. I had to break my lease and they were pretty fair there too... it cost me under $500 bucks to get out of the lease. Overall, recommended.
