Rolling Ridge is part of a complex of apartments in Bloomington which are all run by the same management office. I personally lived in Adams Bend which is a part of Rolling Ridge. I had the most awful experience! All the new apartments were built in a hurry and from close examination it is easy to tell. But the biggest deterrant would have to be the management office. They are out to get every cent you have and they will screw you out of everything!! Be prepared to deal with scams if you sign with these people. They are the most unorganized, rude management office I've ever dealt with (I've lived in six different apartments in Bloomington). The details are too many to write about here, but my advice is LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
