I move roughly every six months and this was by far the worst staff I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional is an understatement. They could care less about their tenants and constantly direct you to people who are currently unavailable. Parking is horrible. In fact in Adams Bend they had more tenants than parking spaces. Expect a hike everytime you park there. I got $9 back on my $545 deposit. Apparently it took 12 hours to paint a 1br apt with minimal wear and tear (less than 6 months). Supposedly you get more back if you're there longer than a year, but it can't be worth that much to deal with people like that for so long. If you like RUDE and UNCARING management this is the place for you.
