Awful Awful Awful! My roommate and I went through an entire year of HELL with these people. They are slow to fix anything, if they fix it at all, but fast to charge you for the smallest details. Out of the $680 deposit, they took almost $500 for ridiculous charges! I thought we were the only ones experiencing such problems, but I see that others have been victim to this SCAM. I will DEFINITELY be reporting them to the BBB and willing to go in on any legal action.
