Had to get a lawyer to get "some" resolution, I was still taken.

first off, they will show you apts, they will tell you exactly what you will get, but they never write up the exact apt you will get. Look for this when signing your lease. Also get a copy immediately.

They changed the apt on me on my move in date. When I asked for a copy of the lease, they CHANGED it after taking 4 days to get it to me. 100% LIE.

Apartment had all kinds of problems, water leaks in the bathroom, bedroom. Washer and dryer were at least 15 years old, did get replacements after multiple complaints and ruined clothes. Then I was blamed for damaging their precious 15 year old washer!

Worst of all, the apt had an insect infestation. They dragged their feets on any intervention. Of the first 6 months of my lease, I couldnt live there for over a month. NO COMPENSATION. No sympathy from them either. They acted as if this was MY problem to take care of.

Last: they stole hundreds from my deposit. Apt was nearly 100% perfect condition. Some screw holes from hanging things, and they tried to take $300 for repairs.

The apt looks nice from the outside and inside at first, but they are cheap for a reason.

You have been warned. There are many other good hearted people to rent from, Millenium is not one.

Oh, if you get home late, forget about parking anywhere near your apt.

You are exactly right. I was told that I was signing for a ground level apartment. They even gave me the apartment number. Yet, when I arrived, suddenly I was in a basement apartment. They had my deposit and a months rent, I had all my belongings in a moving van from several states away. I have allergies (so a basement apartment is not a good idea), yet there I was moving into a basement apartment because they never followed through on their promises.
