We lived in Rolling Woods when it was first built and left because of how we were treated by office staff. Out of curiosity, I visited this site to read recent reviews and I cannot believe the same crap is still going on 3 years later!
No individual deserves to be treated the way this management company treats its tenants. You do not have to subject yourself to this kind of treatment just to get an apartment. YOU are the consumer! YOU are the one paying for a service! YOU are the one who should be treated with respect. Do not rent from these people; you have other options.
As long as Millenium keeps getting money by exploiting tenants, they will continue to exploit tenants. The only way they can be shut down is for the system to stop working for them. So...STOP giving these people money. STOP renting from Millenium Property Management!

You are certainly right. I regret ever making the decision to rent from these people. I finally figured out that all my allergy problems are from living in one of the partial basement residences. What a surprise when all of my allergies disappeared once I spent time away from the apartment.On several occassions there has been visible mold on wall near the outside. They treated it with bleach and painted over it. Apparently it keeps returning.
