Also called Rolling Meadows and Rolling Woods.
Apartment is beautiful with vaulted ceilings and balcony over-looking the woods. However...
The management team is hard to deal with because of broken promises, lack of flexibility, and sometimes downright rudeness. We were lied to about when our rented washer/dryer would arrive, and charged for it in the meantime. We had no screens on our windows for months, and our dishwasher (which comes standard in every unit) has been damaged since the beginning. The worst part is that they never apologize or take responsibility for their shortcomings.
Because cable and phone are paid for along with rent, there are no choices regarding those options. For example, you are forced to pay $29 in local phone service, even if you do not want caller ID, call waiting, etc.
The apartment itself is great (even though there are scary cracks forming in the walls!), but we are moving because we are fed up with the management!
