My neighbor was recently yelled at beause the office manager read her review on this site and I want to say that I have also had problems with the office staff. I don't want to cause problems, but I think that people should know the truth. They are extremely unprofessional, they take criticism personally, and they are not helpful when problems come up with the apartment. I am going to continue living here because it's such a great apartment in a nice community, but everyone who lives here has complained about something or other that the office staff has done. (We suspect that the positive review on this site was actually written by someone from management trying to cover up the bad press!)
