The management is horrible. Be aware of their scam, they move you in with 1 or 2 things in bad condition (carpet, tile, etc) and do the walk through with you. When you move out they charge you to replace those things and say it's not marked on the walk through. Not only did we not get our deposit back and I've always gotten most of my deposit back (and our apartment was immaculate when we left) but they said we owed an additional $600 for the two things that were never recorded on their walk through. This is Millenium Management Property, go to their website to find out the other properties they own!

Let me tell you the truth about how they cheat you. First of all,for example, they charge you 15 hours for painting a one bedroom apartment. What happens is the maintenance staff is poorly supervised by the incompetent general manager (consultant or whatever she is) and they sent in two or three guys who paint for 3 hours each, however you get charged for 15 hours. The management is aware that the previous move-in inspection is not done correctly and that more than likely if your carpet is 5 to 7 years old it will need replaced, however they will automatically mark each and every item on your move-in inspection as perfect and jot a little note down on the back of your inspection sheet for maintenance, only if you complain and would like it fixed. They do this to cover themselves legally in court when they charge you for carpeting your apartment when you have lived in for one year and charge you for the entire replacement minus the one year you lived there. There cleaning staff is also poorly supervised. The apartment was probably not clean when you moved in. However, Millennium will have no problem charging you whatever they see fit to make a profit when you move out.
