When I moved into Rolling Woods last summer I was told that the clubhouse would be finished by fall. If I had known that its now June, and the clubhouse *still* hasn't finished construction, I would have rented somewhere else.
I've been constantly disappointed by the management staff, they're cold and rude, I've had similar experiences with them as the other reviewers. Nothing is ever their fault, it's always the tenents fault. I've never had to deal with such rude management, all the other places I've rented from have been very reasonable, understanding and quick to fix any mistakes they made.
The cost of rent is ridiculous, it's not a good location and the apartments aren't that great. The dishwasher in my apartment is awful, I wash everything by hand. The layout of the apartment really isnt that great.
I'll be moving out when my lease is up.
