Management here is horribly inept. They will lose your paperwork, need to call you back several times to do something they forgot to tell you to do, tell you you've been approved when you haven't, and just generally jerk you around.

Also, if you are an IU student, beware! If they run a credit check with IU on you, and you owe money on your bursar bill, EVEN IF IT ISN'T DUE YET they will interpret it as unpaid debt and refuse you.

I can also see why many people say the management is snappy. They were very rude to me on several occasions. They also weren't in at posted hours sometimes.

Put this together with what I hear from a friend who was living there before, and I'd rate this one a STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.

(disclaimer: I didn't actually live here, I just applied to do so. I could have re-applied once I showed them I didn't actually owe any money, but I chose not to. Since I didn't live there, I can only rate the things I saw externally.)
