I agree, everyone has stated it well - DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The tenant is always wrong and they are also right. It seems by reading the reviews that the complex in the past 2 years has gone down hill and I agree. EVERYONE I know HATES Millenium Property and the manager is the wrost of ALL of them. Everything everyone has written is true about the deposits - the move-in inspection takes 2 minutes, the move-out takes 30 minutes - they will GET YOU FOR EVERYTHING EVEN IF YOU SPENT 10 HOURS CLEANING..including door stops (yes you can wipe them with bleach and they will still charge you a cleaning fee). Follow these reviews and go somewhere else...its not worth renting from them..trust me! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
