Yes, all negative reviews I read at this site pretty much describe my situation too.

Move-out inspection was horrible and they truly get you even for the things they knew were wrong when you moved in (door stops missing, for example) but signed anyway believeing that would come right at the end.

They will also ask you to renew your lease 5 (five) months before it's up. That may put you in a real bad situation. And breaking the lease... very painful and COSTLY.

Yes, I can also confirm that they either lie to you or simply give you inaccurate information. Especially beware when the staff tell you anything. In case there are multiple options, the manager can and will overrule it and it will be to your disadvantage.

Finally, their human component is ZERO. They are insensitive to any normal requests. Frankly, they deserve what they are getting... emptier complex by the day.

Even though the apartments were relatively new and in good condition (also the gym is above average) my overall feeling is totally negative, only because of the way I was treated. Doug (the manager) will be the leader of the bad treatment in your case too.
