I have to agree with most of the people who have commented on this site. The Millenium Management is pretty terrible. Your first sign is that no one has worked there for more than six months. When you call for help, no one knows what they are talking about, can't answer your questions, and they turn you over to a manager who is completely rude to you. I think someone said it best when they said that you are the consumer and you can do better. These apartments look pretty and luxurious for a good price, but they are cheaply made and the appliances, flooring, and installations are very very basic and minimal. You can get more for your money.

I agree the construction of these places are amazingly cheap. After moving in I talked to a builder that help build them and he said every he had never worked on a project run that cheaply. All materials were low quality even when upgrades that are standard in the industry were not a very big cost increase. I almost feel sorry for the group of investors that just purchased the place, but they should have done their homework.
