I have been reading all of the reviews and I think that for the price compared to living closer to campus is far better. As for the phone, cable, and internet, My roommates and I thought it was a good idea until one cut off their cell phone and we called about changing our long distanace. Well you cant do that but the staff was very rude about it. The security depsoit, eveyone is right, you will never see it. I have to friends that moved out before me and I saw their bill, it was crazy! They charge you for stuff that they are already supposed to do to get an apatment ready for the next tenant. Overall, it is not too bad. But for a few extra bucks you could live somewhere with way better service. Which in any business customer service is the key. If they treated people better there would dif, be better reviews. My advice, if you can dont go for show but quality. Yes, they are cheap but they are innconveient, rude, and not worth it in the end. Oh and the resigning of the lease, how are we supposed to know in Feb. if we want to resign when the lease is up in august' So, think about it and weigh the ups and downs.
