I have lived here for 2 years, and renewed my lease for another year. I've never had any of the problems that other people have reported. The appliances are all brand new, but then again I moved in weeks after they finished building it. The only maintanence problems were fixed within 24 hours. One emergency was fixed within the hour in the middle of the night when water was pouring from our upstairs neighbor's dishwasher into our kitchen. Once the manager himself showed up at my house to fix our internet that we had set up improperly.

The office staff are always very kind and helpful to me, although they had no clue how to set up the internet. Like I said the manager came over on his way from work to help me.

I've had some hellish experiences with landlords before and this place has been an absolute dream. I've never moved out so I don't know how much they charge from the deposit, but the lease is pretty explicit about what they will charge you and what you can expect. I've never gotten more than half of my deposit from any rental company, so I can't imagine this will be much worse than the standard.

I also love that all the utilities can be paid with my rent check so that I don't have to set them up or remember to pay each individually.
