The management doesn't care about you at all. I recently had my daughter, but while I was pregnant I called to see if they could make sure there was salt on our stairs because it was icy and I had slipped walking down them. I was told that unless I was seriously injured, that wasn't their problem and I should buy my own salt for the stairs. Unbelievable! Sadly that's isn't the end of my problems with this property management group. Make sure you go through the lease with a fine tooth comb.. and if you can afford, get a lawyer to go through it with you. And don't think they make it simple to end your lease early. The part in the lease that talks about early termination says "at property groups discretion". Never in my life did I think that would have meant an extra $2500 on top of all of our deposits plus an extra months rent. And they had someone lined up for the apartment! The people that live her seem to never leave and parking always seem to be an issue, and don't let them give you a walk out basement apartment. They grow mold like crazy. And if you tell them about it: "It's your problem".
