Don't sign the lease! Don't trust management. Drugs, vandalism, and thefts, police were contacted and copies given to management. According to millennium, none of that happens here. Forget your deposit even if you have place professionally cleaned. Even if they say verbally you will get it back, you won't. Once you sign the lease they are done being nice. Rent was one day late due to the office being closed on a holiday, the check was in their drop box. I received a letter on my door to pay or be evicted in 10 days even though the rent was in their possesion.
