They may try and change the name but its all still the same. I feel sorry when someone tells me they live there and everyone always has the same response... If they had only knew before. I now tell everyone my experience and recommend that everyone else do the same. I was told I had to sign a lease renewal 6 months early. I let the office staff know I didn't know where I'd be living in 6 months and was told if I needed to break the lease it was $250 and I was better off signing instead of being out of a house on the streets. I went back 4 months later... 2 months before my original lease was up to give them my $250.00 since I was moving out of state and was informed I still had to pay $6,695 for my years lease I had signed. I said I was told there was a $250 break lease fee and was told that was at their discretion... What a joke. I was able to get it subleased with no help from them but I still had to pay over $3000. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING. Oh yeah, and don't ever plan on getting your deposit back...
