These apartments may look nice, but don't be fooled! I actually loved it while I was living there, but I was definately taken advantage of when I moved out. I am a neat freak and took great care of my apartment. I even cleaned it from top to bottom before I moved out to try to avoid charges. However, I was still charged $263 when I moved out. When I called the office to talk to them about it, all anyone would say to me was that "this is our policy" and they basically told me there was nothing I could do about it. I was also told that most people get charged much more than this, as if they didn't understand why I was complaining and that I should be happy with such a "small" charge. Whoever owns this company is making WAY too much money if that is the case. Whatever you do, save yourself the trouble and aggravation and rent from someone else!
