Overall - not a horrible experience, it could have been worse. The office staff "manages" you. Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer and you will be fine.
The Bad
1. The lease itself is "ultra" detailed. They make you initial each page, leaving little room for a disgruntled renter to take action later. I had the impression that they didn't trust their renters. 2. Make sure you nit-pick EVERY tiny little detail on the move-in inspection, because they nit-pick EVERY tiny little detail on the move-out inspection - think dusty air vents and exterior window cleaning... 3. I didn't think the apartments were very energy efficient. 4. Office staff can be annoying - my impression was, "we are right because it's our property, and you are just a renter".
The Good
1. Decent Pet Policy 2. Decent clubhouse, exercise room, etc. 3. Decent internet
