When I moved in all the management people were superficially nice but I just blew it off. They never have any time to talk to you if you have a problem. If you ask for something to be fixed in your apartment, you have to wait a long time for the work order to go through. Oh and you will never get your security deposit back or pet deposit back. They wont even negotiate with you. The only way to get it back is to try to get it back in small claims court. In my apartment they refused to give me any money back because I had 8 screw holes in the walls and water damage in the carpet because of their damn leaky patio door. I had a work order on that door and it took them 2 months to come out and fix it. In that time it rained and water came into the apartment. They told me that I should have explained the problem to them better. I will be taking them to small claims court and should hopefully have my money within about a couple years! All the groundskeepers are jerks and make sure you have your clothes on at all times during the day because those bug people just barge in. Oh and never ever keep anything valuable in your car. My backpack with most of my books and iPod were stolen. If your looking to have a party even a small one, there are too many older people in this complex. Millennium will call the cops on anything. They cops were called on me because I apparently had my tv up too loud. When the cops came they were pissed that they even got called out to. I had an older lady underneath me and I could barely even walk around without her getting pissed. This apartment is just not worth it. It is way too expensive, the management are pricks, and its impossible to turn left onto 2nd street because there is no light and the traffic sucks. You can definitely get a better deal somewhere else. The management will just suck all the money out of you. They take serious advantage of college students. Don't rent here, you will regret it if you do!
