Adams Village is definitly one of the best apartments in Bloomington. We lived here for a year now and have had no problems. Very quiet. Adams Village is brand new, very nice. Very energy efficient, all electric. There is no pool or anything like that, but it is in a very nice neighborhood...a great place to walk or jog. Overall everything has been great, including the management!
