Ok apartment, but the management is awful

The apartments are pretty nice. They are only a few years old and are in ok condition. The area is very quiet and safe, other than the very dangerous intersection at Adams & Tapp. The problem is the manager Joan. I seriously think she has mental problems. She will tell you one thing and then completely change her mind/story. I also left the apartment very clean when I moved out. Well, she lied and said that it wasn't and kept my deposit. Overall, if they got new management these would be good apartments. But I couldn't recommend anyone to live there and have to deal with Joan. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
