Adam's Village was by far the best place to live for the price in Bloomington! The grounds are well kept, it's quiet and peaceful, the management (both old management and new) are good. I moved out of Adam's Village because I got married and my husband and I signed a lease elsewhere... and boy are we sad we did! We will be signing a lease with Adam's Village as soon as our current lease runs out. However, I can say that when I moved out, they were more than friendly and, despite them having to replace all the carpet due to the mess my roomate's dog left behind, we still recieved most of our security deposit back (I feel most places these days try everything they can to snag your deposit, but Adam's Village seemed very fair). I lived in a 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath townhome and it had ample space, ceiling fans in all the bdrms and living room, a huge kitchen and even a little front and back yard. My neighbors were always quiet and friendly... and the places are well insulated (never ever did i hear a neighbor next door). I felt totally safe in the area because the parking lot and grounds were very well lit and the overall area is nice. All in all, this place was great and obviously I would reccomend it because me, my husband and baby will be moving back there soon!!!
