I lived there a year ago and reported the black mold to the health department and Housing Authority twice. Nothing was ever done nor was the building ever inspected. I went into complete respiratory failure and was put on life support. I moved; the mold is still there and they try to paint over it each weekend. Drugs, break-ins and vandalism are rampant. Sewage backs up in sinks; you will see armagaddon before the emergency maintenance crew.
