When we moved in to our apartment, we were happy to get it. We'd just lost our home, and most of our possessions. The rent is reasonable, since it includes the utilities, and my husband and I are quite happy to be living here. The management is nice, on every encounter we've had, and we're thankful to be here. The upstairs neighbor gets a little too loud, at times, but, that's something we can live with. We have a parking place, close to the outside door.
