New Manager did not perform duties in an efficeint manner, she caused caios all the time. Did not receive a deposit at move out for sixty days later. The law states that 45 days is the max. She was always rued and cruel when I came to pay my rent, and she talked very hateful to all of the staff, everytime I came in. She does not need to be a Manager.

This person must be mistaken and referring to the past assisant manager, who I do agree was very rude, was never here, never turned our work orders in, was on her cell phone or the itnernet everyitme we came in. The new manager has been awesome, this place has done a complete turn around!

I agree it has to be Lisa they are talking about. From the time Buddy Pate left till Dawn Ball came this place was a mess! It is sad when the manager was so lazy she let a resident have control of everything. That person being a loud mouth who tells people who do not know that he is an employee.It is so nice not to have to here him yell across the apartment complex at the little children playing in the play ground. The same person who would walk around at night write down car tags then call the toll company to have cars towed. Hopefully the manager will continue to keep this person in there place and we will not have to here his loud voice yelling for people to slow down and turn there radios down. We are all adults here and understand the rule's. We can be responsible to do the right things. Also now that warm weather is here and the pool will be open the employees will do there job and not put this trouble maker in charge of the pool again this year to decide who can use the pool and who cannot. It was very disturbing to hear the constant fighting and the bad language used by this person to adults and children alike. What was worse is there was an employee with this person who always looked to scared to control the situation. He could have stopped alot of the fighting that has gone on with this person and resident after resident year after year. I applaud Dawn for all the hard work she has done to return our homes to be a safe and quiet place to live. Amy and Rob are also great people who do there work wonderfully.
