I've been here going on 3 years and have seen as many managers come and go. While the new office people seem to be changing this place for the better on the outside little has changed if at all on the interior side of the apartments. A lot of them are still in the poor shape they were in 3 years ago including mine. I've put several orders in for repairs that seem to get lost and forgotten and or they just don't have the materials to fix something. While all this cosmetic work is being done on the outside its the inside that really needs fixing and what matters most. There really needs to be someone and not John that keeps an eye out on this place at night and the weekends.As a lot of mischief still goes on here. And there are a lot of people who don't care how they trash the place. Like I said its all cosmetic changes and really nothing that really matters where it counts. And with all the apartments here and people they really need more trash bins verses more lighting and a shelter house where the druggies and such will make good use of.

I also have been a resident for 3 years and I do appreciate finally having a manager that cares enough to try and make things right. As with any apartment complex, theres always going to be some type of problem, whether it is mischief, un-caring people who yes trash the place, loud mouths, and I'm sure there is a John in every apartment complex. If you'd take the time and go talk to management, you might find out that she has allot of new things that she is working on. AND YES, before I even read this email, she is already in the process of getting larger trash bins, you also mentioned lighting. Some of us who do talk to management requested more lighting as we believe this will help keep mischief away, and on top of that I appreciate being able to get out of my car at night and being able to clearly see my surroundings. Instead of complaining why dont you become a part of the community and speak up directly to management, you might find that your outlook on things are totally wrong. Again, I appreciate the fact that we actually have a manager that cares and will give you the time to speak your mind, BUT YOU HAVE TO GO SEE HER TO TALK TO HER! Heck, you can even call her on cell phone after hours and she'll take the time to talk with you. TRY IT!
