I have lived here for two years and for the past year have filed complaint with the leasing agent and/or property manager. I kept being assured that they were taking care of it only to find out that basically all my complaints were being discarded. I live by myself and at about 2 or 3 in the morning will have a group of people coming to my door asking for me to buy them alcohol. I no longer answer my door but that does not stop them from banging on it for about 15 minutes. I have called the cops several times to see if they could help me with the situations at hand, but was told that it was the property managers responsibility to take care of unruley tenant. That was a joke, when i informed Dawn of this, she gave me her cell, but rarely would answer when I called. This property takes section 8 and the manager is more concerened about getting her government check then the safety and lifes of the other tenants around. There are cops in the complex at least 2 to 3 times a day for domestic fights, drugs, break ins, and everything else in between. I would not EVER recommend living here, even if it is all you could afford, youd be safer and happier living under a bridge!!!!

I also live here and Dawn has done a remarkable job in maintaining this place. She answers the phone for the rest of us when we call, maybe you call too much to complain over petty stuff and thats why she wont answer for you. Go into the office during her work hours like the rest of us do, its like she tells the rest of us, please fill out a complaint form and we will go from there or do you think that your better than us. Get real lady. Things are happening all over the place, Crestmont had a shoot out, I suppose that is her fault too. It's also good to know that you think you are better than low income . Some of us have had the misfortune of having our lively hood taken away by some type of disability, bt THANKFUL you can work. Crime has increased all over the place just not where you are at, you act like everyone is out to get you and you alone. She is always ready and willing to help any of us here. She even comes in late at night if we need her to, she handles the situation and goes back home. If it is so bad why are you still here with us low income government people. Obviously your one too you just think your better than the rest of us.
