Vencel is terrible.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived here during the 2004-2005 school year. We had an $83 water bill one month. The place was a dump, and after thorough cleaning when I moved out, Vencel charged me $300 for a "cleaning fee." I was so tired of arguing with them, I threw in the towel and paid the fee, relieved to be free of their unethical treatment of tennants.
