I rented my apartment, site unseen. I was very pleased with what I got. The price is good, the area is great and mostly quiet. The apartment layout could be better. I must say that I am leaving because I did not appreciate the renewal. 6 months before my lease was up, I had to tell them if I was going to renew or not. I said yes but then at the very end I paid a fee to get out of my renewal. Had I not gotten out of it, I would have been stuck in the lease with no way out (except sublet) no matter if my job was moved. That is the reason I am leaving.
