I lived there for 4 years when it was first built the Youngs ran it. Was a very nice place. I believe the property mngt company that now runs it also runs Knightridge & several others. Those folks are l-o-s-e-r-s. They will bug you 6 months early on renewal , have no regard for you & just play the "push em in , run em out" game. In a college town everyone panders to the studants and forgets the single workers & families.

Yep, That is CFC inc. at one time one of the better rental company's however that is not the case any longer and if they didn't have quality staff the management would have ruined the company long ago... Look around and find better landlords because they are out there. I know I worked there and quit because they wanted me to do substandard work...
