Bart Villa is a dump. The air conditioning does NOT WORK. I complained 5 times and supposedly they came to "fix" it. It was between 80-85 degrees in my apartment the entire summer. The carpet was really dingy and the overall maintenence/appearance of things is really poor. Management don't give a damn about you or anything wrong in your apartment. There has been a ceiling leak in my apartment for WEEKS. The ceiling has started to fall in and even though they have come to "fix" it, it is still leaking and parts of the ceiling are falling off.
I've been really unhappy here and can't wait to move out. I'm not expecting a return of my security deposit either.
