This apartment had major maintenence issues from the day I moved in, and it took several weeks longer for repairs to be made than it should have. Afterwards, the problem returned even worse than before. During this whole time, half of the apartment was unusable because of flooding and mold. The management also changed policies during the middle of the lease, which required me to pay more despite signing under different terms. There has never been a time that I have not received my full deposit back at the end of a lease, but at this location, I was charged several hundreds of dollars to replace carpet that had not been damaged by me and also for other pre-existing damage conditions. Overall, the staff was unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. Deerpark Management owns several complexes in the city, and I would not recommend any of them to anyone. It was a complete rip-off and a horrible experience.
