I'm a Grad Student in the School of Music at IU. I've lived in my apartment at Bart Villa for 3 years now. I would highly recommend this community. Deer Park Management leasing staff is very helpful every time I call. They always take their time to answer any questions I might have and maintenance comes to fix problems promptly. This is a really great deal too (most major utilities are included in my rent!) The neighbors are great here too. Great place to live!!
