I had a good time with my roommate here, but I would never recommend anyone living here! I admit the price was hard to walk away from (obviously) but it was not good enough to get me to stay there one day longer than I had too. First off, I was given a different apartment than what I was shown and signed a lease for. They did take $20 off my rent so I was satisfied. The first week I was there I was woken up at 2am by police running by my bedroom window. There was apparently a drug bust which if nothing else was good for some cheap entertainment There is very little lighting when walking from the parking lot to the buildings which made me feel very uncomfortable sometimes! And when I say COCKROACHES, I mean TONS AND TONS!!! I had pest control out 6 times while I lived there! Bart villa refused to have the whole building sprayed so DUH! they are not going to be killed. They just keep coming and coming. I complained so much that they refused to send anyone else out, stating that it was not going to work. The place is a ---- whole!! STAY AWAY
