We moved into Basswood apartments when our daughter was 2 months old and we finally moved to Indy (after 2 and a half years) after building a house. I have to say that this was a good place to live. We didn't have any problems with the neighbors. The maintenance people were so nice. The manager at the time was really nice. I would recomment this place to anyone starting out in life.
