I regret the day that I moved into these tiny apartments! The neighbors are fruit-cakes that howl at the moon and keep you up all night. The managemnet company is pretty great at fixing problems. And I do have a pretty bad ant problem, probably from living on the first floor. Everyt time I turn on the heat, the smoke detector goes ape-----!!! If you are looking for a studio apartment, spend your money elsewhere. This is not worth the money or headache.
