I've never dealt with such snood and rude people before. They walk all over you like you don't pay their cushy salary. They added $65 late fees to rent that wasn't late. I had to call not once, not twice, but three times for them to come fix the air condition. It was 80 degrees in my bedroom for over 2 weeks. They spied on us and the maintenance crew came into our house to take pictures of our pets and the condition of the apartment. we were ROBBED and it took them 3 days to change the locks on our doors (one of the robbers stole the keys to our apartment). WE painted every wall up and down. we shampooed the carpets, some carpets twice. When we moved out they charged us for a screen door that wasn't broken and a shower rod that wasn't broken. and they charged us to repaint and install new carpet! they took nearly $2,000 away from us to repair the apartment and they say we owe them 1,000 more!!! i've never heard of it costing $3,000 to move out of an apartment!!! AND, each room is painted a different shade or tint of the same color so if you just get one can of paint to touch up the walls it won't match perfectly to most of the walls. ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS MONEY. THEY ARE GREEDY AND MEAN!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

They have no respect for human life and claim to be pet friendly only to collect bigger deposits but will harass you and enter your unit without permission to "document conditions" and look for any way to kick you out or have Animal Control snatch your pet and have it put to sleep behind your back. These are very cheaply done units but they will claim that you owe them over $3,000 in repairs once you leave or sue you. Monroe County Court is rigged and you are just one person they can screw over so you can't win. If Deer Park sees that the proceedings are not going their way, they will turn over the amount to a collection agency, and this can go on for years with different agencies claiming they owe the account. Living in a Deer Park managed unit can ruin your life.
