I really enjoyed living at this place. The apartments are nice and maintencance tries to fix things in a timely manor. The staff is awesome. They will work with you on everything. You just have to have respect for them and there property. I was late on paying rent one month and explained the situation and they waived the late fee and took care of it. They had no problem customizing a lease for me and my roomate. So we basically got to decide how long we wanted to live there and what day to move in and out. We also negotiated the rent price and amazingly were very succesful. Not noisy at all and are well kept. Parking isn't a huge issue but there definately could be more. These places are expensive but if you can negotiate like we did it may be worth it. We also got all of our deposit back. Just respect the people and the property, don't destroy things, and you'll be fine.

I can see from the typos that this is yet another bogus review from a desperate Deer Park employee trying to fool the public. Deer Park never waives late fees. They never customize leases which are a minimum of 12 months, even for military personnel which can be proven by doing a Google search on Max Stillwell v. Deer Park Management. They never negotiate rent prices. They never refund full deposits. You wouldn't make a career of writing fiction because everyone can see through your nonsense. Read what everyone else has to say for the truth!
