Worst Management Ever

Beautiful apartments, terrible management. Friendly to your face but will not help when you have a problem with tenants. I had three police reports on file from the noise, parties at the apartments. I complained to management. They advised me I could sublease the apartment. Didn't matter that I had to work every day with no rest because of parties - constant.

Stay Away from here..... They required an 18 month lease. I broke the lease and they sued. I lost the suit and paid them the money. Then I leared about an outstanding charg that had being drawing interest for four years. Didn't even know it existed. It was something like a $4.00 charge with interest now for 4 years. Can't beleive these people. Deer Park Management is TERRIBLE. Be Aware. They manage more than the Boulders. They also have rental houses. Watch Out.

The Bloomington police department is one of the worst in the country and they may arrest you for making a complaint - they are that crooked. Mike Oren Fitzgerald earned his BPD & Monroe County judicial chamber kneepads or he would be rightfully in prison. The leasing agents like Bessie Courtney have nothing to do for 12-18 months and they are functionally illiterate and incapable of writing an effective complaint notice so you have to move if you have a problem with noisy neighbors. Any other developmenty company knows how to write at least three notices giving each party the opportunity to respond. They sue everyone so make sure that you are going to be in the area for the full term of the lease. Do a Google search on Max Stillwell v. Deer Park Management to see how they viciously screwed over one of our military servicemen who had to leave to serve our country and protect our freedoms while Mike Fitzgerald & company jack off all day.
