DO NOT RENT FROM DEER PARK MANAGEMENT -
All the other negative reviews are right on the money. During my stay, maintenance was non-existent. They never repaired anything noted during and/or after the move-in inspection. Numerous request for maintenance went unheard. I recently received a letter stating I owe additional charges for the repairs they never made and for painting the entire unit. The unit had been painted prior to my move in and looked exactly the same when I moved out. I was there less than 2 months total and slept on an air mattress in one bedroom only. I plan to report them to the housing authority and hope others read these reviews and steer clear of any apartments being offered by Deer Park Management.
