So far it's been pretty good. You can tell things are a little slow but that's probably because they have new owners now. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but it's been like that at other places I've lived too, so it's nothing unusual. Other than that the apartment is nice, they got new weight room equipment (which was way overdue) the tanning bed always works, and the computer lab is great to print things off in. Hopefully they will open the pool soon too. My favorite part is lots of parking...Don't have to worry about getting towed out here. Overall I've had fun here and it's a nice place to live
