This place is way too over priced for what I have been dealing with. The day I moved in everything was dirty: the kitchen floor-living room carpet-couch chair-bathroom-tables-microwave, and more. The couch also has stains and smells of urine. The buildings are also full of noise makers, not a good place for grad students. Don't be lured in with their club house, swim pool, and free shuttle bus. You won't be living in those but in your horrible apartment. Luckily they have 5 month leases, can't wait until I am out of this nightmare.
