I lived in this apartment complex for three years.

It wasn't horrible.

Some negatives:
It was a bit far from campus, and the shuttle is almost always late. Don't plan on flagging it down to get picked up, either, even at one of the designated drop off points.
At one point, during the management change, they hired a cleaning company, who cleaned our apartment (without our permission) and we were robbed us of some DVDs and video games. We received not compensation from management.
Also, if you don't like loud parties, don't live here. People love to party in the common areas.
You can hear every thing your upstairs neighbors do. EVERYTHING.
Oh, and the pool is rarely open, because people's beer bottles break and damage the filter so they close it early every year.
Pets are allowed, people don't clean up after them though.

Some positives:
Parking is pretty good, just don't come back later than 10pm, or you'll have to hitchhike to your apartment.
Maintenance is quick at responding to emergency situations (our washing machine flooded the place twice and it was fixed in the same day).
You don't have to talk to your neighbors if you don't want to.
Furnished apartments are available, which was good.
