Ok, first off, I just want to say DON'T MOVE INTO BRADFORD PLACE!!!!! Maintenance sucks, it takes weeks and weeks to get request done. You will have problems as long as you live there no matter what. Come on, he walks around in flip flops, what is he doing' When you go inside to have request to be done, they write it down, but they won't fix it right away, it might take a month or two. When I first moved into my apartment, the air conditioner didn't work. He didn't know what to do to fix it so I had to wait until somebody from somewhere way outside of Bloomington to come and fix it. That took 3 weeks. The tiles in the apartment were cracked and not successfully on the floor. They never fixed that. My door hatch thing was never fixed. The bed frame was messed up, I had to sleep at a lean for a week because they were too lazy to open the other door to the apartment to let me get that bed frame. It was just problem after problem with that place. When I use to see people I know moving over there, I tell them off top not to move in. Don't believe in the marketing strategies they have about first month free if you sign this lease or free GPS or whatever they offer you. I heard they were offering free TVs last year if you filled a three bedroom and I heard a lot of apartments never received a TV. When I first visited in 2007, they told me if I signed a lease, I would get $300 off my first months rent. When I went to go get my keys, they told me I only got $100 off. The rent is too high and the people in there minus a select few know what they are doing. If I was you and you I was thinking about living here, I would think 5 times first before signing with them. O yea, and they say cable is free next year, I heard that you had to pay $25 and that is stupid. The outside of the apartments might look good, but the inside and breeze way of some is not health wise safe!!!

yes this sounds like the head-maintenance idiot. Ya that dude can't change a light bulb, let alone a furnace filter. a real bozo that guy in flip flops that does nothing except work on the ol' ford truck all day long.
