This place is absolutely horrific. I do not even know where to begin. Let's see - off the top of my head - the pool was closed when it was supposed to be open, the internet never worked and they didn't compensate you in any way for it, my shower rod fell down every day and the knob where you turn on the water fell off quite often as well which meant no hot water during my shower. Let's see - the whole place is made of cheap materials and everything falls apart. It was disgusting when we moved in - dirty carpet, floors, toilets, absolutely nasty. Trying to sublet was a nightmare. The office staff had NO IDEA what they were doing and would never respond to my emails or phone call and weren't in the office when I tried to talk to them in person. It was extremely stressful living at this place. Now that I've moved out, they are trying to charge me for dirty carpets that were there WHEN I MOVED IN! In fact, I had to rent a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets myself, but since some of th stains wouldn't come out, now they are trying to charge me. I would NEVER recommend this place. At first glance it looks like a good place - but then you really get to know that place and it's awful. The movie Money Pit, anyone'! Oh, and the shuttle that ran from the apartment to campus sometimes didn't run - if the driver called in sick these idiots didn't have a back up plan so then all the students were frantically trying to find another way to class because they couldn't rely on Bradford Place's shuttle. All in all, this is the worst place I've ever lived. I'm 25 years old and have lived in many places. The staff is SO unprofessional. In some of my email communication (I relied on email because I wanted everything in writing), the office staff would type in ALL CAPS AS IF THEY WERE SCREAMING AT ME AND THEN PUT A MILLION EXCLAMATION POINTS AT THE END OF THEIR SENTENCES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to do everything in my power to see that this place goes out of business because I'd never want someone to experience what I did. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
