Yeah the apartment is pretty nice, but that really doesn't do me any good when the managment at Bradford Place can't seem to do any kind of upkeep on the building. It took their team of intellects no joke 4 days to fix my broken kitchen sink. That means that among three women, we went 4 days without water in the kitchen and 4 days without doing dishes (since the dishwasher drained into the sink). I will be damned if I'm taking a shower with my dishes! I called immediately and it wasnt until I gave the managment the ultimatum, get someone here by 630 today or I'll have my lawyer in your office at 7, that they actually did anything. I'd hazard to guess that nothing ever would have been done otherwise. Also, it took them until I threw my mattress outside on the curb to come and pick it up when I had been promised itd be picked up within 24 hours. 7 days isnt even close to 24 hours and its difficult to manuever in even large rooms when there are two mattresses. Good luck communicating with these people too because I can't even tell you how many times I've been brushed off by the day staff with phrases like "call back, I'm with a resident" and "we are just swamped right now, I dont have the time to deal with this right yet" Wow, are you serious' Because 480 dollars a month says that you DO in fact have time to deal with this. Also, the bugs. Gross. I was told that since the bugs in my room are dead its OK and that there is nothing more that can be done. Yeah actually if my room was weather tight and had proper flooring and windows, this would be a nonissue and I would NOT have a bug cemetery in my apartment. Bradford Place, clean up your act because I can assure you that this is beyond ridiculous! I will never rent from Place Properties again.

I agree, the bugs are effing terrible! The managers are always changing and you can never get ahold of anyone nice enough to give a damn about your problem!
